INDUSTRIAL DOOR Group

This group represents suppliers of all types of industrial doors & shutters as well as manufacturers and trade suppliers of drive units and control equipment.  
 
The aims of the group are to:  
 
- Promote members' products to specifiers  
- Look after the specific aspects relating to the supply, installation and safe use of power operated products  
- Provide information to specifiers and members of current best practice in design, manufacture and installation  
- Advise specifiers and members of existing and forthcoming legislation  
- Promote a quality system (ie ISO 9000:2001) and encourage product certification  
- Ensure members’ views are understood by certifiers and legislators  
- Encourage the safe use of industrial doors  
- Promote membership to the organisation
